Free STI Testing

Due to COVID-19 concerns, these free STI/STD screenings have been put on pause. We will update this section when those are confirmed to be resumed!

In the past, Mecklenburg County Health Department has offered free STD screenings at our West location. No appointment necessary!

  • Every second and fourth Friday
  • 1:30 - 3:30 pm

We also offer STI testing as part of our preventative care services. You can always become a patient and make an appointment with your provider to get tested. They can also talk with you about your sexual health, including how to protect yourself from STIs and prevent unwanted pregnancies.
