What is the 340B Program?
CCHC has partnered with Avant Pharmacy & Wellness Center (formerly known as Rx Clinic Pharmacy) to enter the 340B Pharmacy Program, a federal initiative to eliminate barriers and ensure that patients have access to the medications, supplies, and health advice they need.
The 340B program offers great benefits to CCHC patients, including:
