At CCHC, we are a recipient of Title A funding for Ryan White through Mecklenburg County.  CCHC helps to deliver all the available services to the clients who qualify for the program.  They include (but are not limited to):

• HIV and Primary medical care

• Laboratory bloodwork and testing (On-site)

• Dedicated Patient Advocates/Social Workers

• Transportation (48-hour notice)

• Dental Care

• Vision Care

• Mental Health Counseling
