Become a member of the CCHC Board of Directors! Board members provide valuable insight and shape the future of the clinic.

The ideal board member would be:

  • A patient at CCHC or the parent of a patient at CCHC
  • Available 8 am – 9:30 am on the fourth Wednesday of each month
  • Able to attend virtual board meetings
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Passionate about improving CCHC and expanding access to health care for all people
