Charlotte Community Health Clinic is once again excited to celebrate National Health Center Week (NHCW). Each year, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) coordinates NHCW to celebrate the work and services Community Health Centers (CHCs) provide within their community. The goal of the weeklong celebration is to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s CHCs, like CCHC.
Our patients are at the core of what we do. All week, we will provide light refreshments and giveaways in both office locations.
This is a free community event, designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, prevent and manage disease, and connect to community resources.
With back to school just around the corner for many children, our University clinic on this day will be dedicated to providing back-to-school physicals and vaccinations to children.
