Stay Healthy at Home
While COVID-19 is currently limiting in-person services, CCHC is committed to continue providing high-quality care to all of our patients throughout the coronavirus pandemic. We encourage you to use these virtual visit options so that we can continue to meet your health needs during this time.
For patient safety, we are not accepting any walk-in patients. Patients who do not have an appointment will not be seen. If you are a CCHC patient, please call ahead or use your MyChart patient portal to make a virtual appointment.
Telemedicine
When you don’t feel well, the last thing you want to do is leave home. Virtual visits let you receive care from your provider without traveling to the office, so you can feel better faster. During a telemedicine appointment, you and your provider can talk about your health on the phone or on a video call. If needed, your provider may send you to the lab for blood tests or send prescriptions to your pharmacy.
You can request a telephone and video visit with your provider the same way that you would schedule a regular in-person appointment. Call us at (704) 316-6561 or use your MyChart patient portal.

TEledentistry
When you’re in pain, dental care can’t wait. While in-person dental visits have been suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic, a teledentistry visit lets you send pictures of your teeth and then talk to a dentist about your symptoms. The dentist will evaluate your teeth, and may prescribe antibiotics or pain medication to help you feel better until you can be seen in person.
Virtual Counseling
A lot of people are experiencing more stress or anxiety than usual during this time. A conversation with one of our licensed clinical social workers can help you cope with these new emotional challenges.
