  • Bleeding and won’t stop
  • Having trouble breathing
  • Passed out or won’t wake up
  • Having chest pain
  • Having a seizure
  • Confused or having trouble speaking

If you aren’t sure, call 911. The operator can help you decide if you need to go to the ER.

Contact our triage nurse team!

  1. Call (704) 316-6561. 
  2. Select the option that says, “I’m sick and need to speak to a nurse.”
  3. Our triage nurse will ask about how you’re feeling and make recommendations.

If you call when the clinic isn’t open, you’ll reach our 24/7 after-hours line. A nurse at Atrium Health will speak with you and offer recommendations.  They can connect you with a provider if necessary.
